What is Touch Tone Teller?
Touch Tone Teller is an automated telephone service that gives you access to account information and allows you to initiate transactions by touch tone phone, 24 hours a day. You can transfer between accounts, check balances, check deposit and withdrawal history, and make loan or visa payments. This is a free service that is included with each account. Can I transfer money over the telephone from one account to another?
Yes, as long as you are a joint owner on each account and the two accounts are under the same member number. You can use Touch Tone Teller to transfer and avoid the $1 charge associated with a teller assisted telephone transfer.

I called Touch Tone Teller and it gave me two different balances for my savings and/or checking account. Why is that?
The Touch Tone Teller gives both the available balance and the total balance for each account. Since there is a five-dollar required minimum balance in your primary savings account, it is not included in your "available" balance. Accounts may also differ in the account balance and available balance due to holds placed on a deposit or an authorized but not yet posted transaction, for example, a Cash & Check Card purchase.
