Touch Tone Teller

Manage your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with Touch Tone Teller. Check account balances, transfer funds, review cleared checks, make check withdrawals and loan payments all by phone! A Personal Identification Number (PIN) you personally assign keeps your account safe. When you dial the Touch Tone Teller line for the first time you will need your account number and social security number to access your account and to assign a PIN. Then listen to the menu options; it's just that easy!

Touch Tone Teller Map

Touch Tone Teller allows you to transfer money among all sub-accounts under your main membership account number. For example; your membership account is a savings account and let’s say you have a checking account for yourself and a joint checking, with your spouse, and a car loan. Your member number is the same for all of the accounts and each separate account under your member number is called a sub account. Most commonly - membership savings sub # 1, checking sub # 1 and checking sub # 2, and loan sub #1, respectively. You can transfer funds between these three accounts and make a loan payment with Touch Tone Teller. Please refer to your statement or teller receipts for account and sub account numbers.
