Congratulations 2010 Scholarship Recipients!
The U of I Employees Credit Union is proud to announce our 2010 Orange & Blue Scholarship Recipients. All of this year’s applicants displayed exceptional academic and personal qualifications and we regret that we are not able to award scholarships to all of our applicants. The decision process is difficult, and the challenge is greater still when the pool of candidates includes individuals who have such strong credentials and promising futures.
UIECU believes in building strong, life-long financial relationships. Since 1932, we have proudly supported our members, their families and our community. UIECU is devoted to supporting higher education and encouraging the academic excellence of today’s youth.
With this commitment in mind, UIECU has developed a higher education scholarship program called the Orange & Blue Scholarship Program.
Available to members who are college-bound high school seniors, the scholarships are designed to benefit students attending the University of Illinois, Parkland College, and other Illinois colleges and universities.
Through seven one-time scholarships annually, the Orange & Blue Scholarship Program will award selected high school seniors up to $1,000 based on the college of their choice for the 2010-2011 academic year. UIECU is proud to recognize our 2010 scholarship recipients.
The Orange & Blue Scholarship
This $1000 scholarship awarded to three selected students who will attend the University of Illinois.

The Orange Scholarship
This $500 scholarship is to three selected students who will attend Parkland College.

The Blue Scholarship
This $500 scholarship is for a student who will attend any accredited College or University in Illinois.
