What is e-Connect?
e-Connect is a monthly email service, sent out by the credit union. Emails are intended to offer current members a chance to stay connected with what’s going on at their credit union by offering member-only offers and promotions.

How do I sign-up?
All members with a current email address are signed-up for e-Connect automatically. However, if your email has changed or you are no longer receiving emails and would like to – please register via the e-Connect Sign-Up Form.

How do I opt-out?
Anyone can opt-out of e-Connect at any time. Simply click the opt-out feature in one of the emails, or here to opt-out. Please note that members may still receive general, informational emails about credit union business, fraud alerts, or notices required by law.

Can I opt-out of all Marketing materials?
Any member can opt-out of selected or all credit union marketing by completing and returning the Marketing Materials Opt-Out Request .

I opted-out but I’ve changed my mind, what do I do?
To resume receiving emails from e-Connect, simply contact eConnect@uiecu.org with your name, age, and email address to be re-added to the list.

If I sign-up for this am I going to get a bunch of SPAM?
e-Connect is a free email service provided to credit union members. Your email address will not be sold or rented to third parties for non-credit union business.

How many emails can I expect to receive?
The credit union will send out between one and two emails from e-Connect each month. Depending on when you sign-up, you may receive up to three emails a month, as each new account will be sent a general Welcome email.

My email address has changed – what do I do now?
Simply log-in to your I-Branch Home Banking account and update your contact information there – it may take up to one month before the change has registered with our system.

I have a question about an offer in one of the emails, who do I contact?
If you have a question about an offer listed in an e-Connect email, please contact info@uiecu.org or contact the credit union at 217-278-7700.

Help! I’m not getting any messages.
If you are not receiving any messages from the credit, first check and make sure that you have added eConnect@uiecu.org to your address book – sometimes email filters may block messages that you wish to receive. If you’ve done that are still not receiving messages, please resubmit your email address on the e-Connect Sign-Up Form. If that still does not work, please contact the credit union at eConnect@uiecu.org. Please be aware that it may take up to two months to receive your first email after signing up with e-Connect.
