E.J. Donaghey, CCUE
President/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Donaghey is proud to be the President/Chief Executive Officer at the University of Illinois Employees Credit Union. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Chicago, Donaghey has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years. He has success and experience at the international, national, state, and local levels of the credit union industry. His experience includes work within the retail and wholesale level, working at credit unions as well as with credit unions as a business partner. Mr. Donaghey received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business and Spanish from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois. He went on to earn his MBA from the top rated, Northwestern Executive Masters of Business Administration Program (MBA) at the Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Illinois. Mr. Donaghey is also a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) and Certified League Executive (CLE). He serves as a Director for the Elmhurst College Alumni Board, a Director for the Illinois Credit Union League Service Corporation, a Northwestern Kellogg/MBA student mentor, and donates his time locally through the Champaign West Rotary. Mr. Donaghey is proud to be a part of the University of Illinois and surrounding community.
Greg Anderson, CCUE
Senior Vice President/Chief Operations Officers
Mr. Anderson is the Senior Vice President/ Chief Operations Officer at the University of Illinois Employees Credit Union. Anderson has almost 20 years of experience in the credit union movement and has been with the University of Illinois Employees Credit Union since 1993. He has held positions in lending, marketing, operations, and member service over his credit union career. Anderson received his BS in Business at the University of Minnesota. He completed CUNA Management School in 1998 and received his Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) certification in 2000.
Jennifer Peyton
Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Peyton is the Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at the University of Illinois Employees Credit Union. She has been with the credit union for 17 years. Peyton received her BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her MBA from Eastern Illinois University.
Kim Cheek
Vice President of Human Resources & Development
Mrs. Cheek is the Vice President of Human Resources & Development at the University of Illinois Employees Credit Union. She has been at the credit union for 15 years and was the first employee in Human Resources at the credit union. Cheek received a BS in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Chris Harlan
Vice President of Sales & Service
Mr. Harlan is the Vice President of Sales & Service at the University of Illinois Employees Credit Union. He joined the credit union in April 2009. Harlan received an Associates Degree from Parkland College and a BS Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University. He serves his community as the President of the Urbana Business Association and as a committee chair for the Champaign County Freedom Celebration.
Ryan Fisher
Assistant Vice President of Finance & Accounting
Mr. Fisher is the Assistant Vice President of Finance and Accounting at the University of Illinois Employees Credit Union. He joined the credit union in 2009. Fisher received both his BS Degree in Agribusiness, Farm and Financial Management and his MBA from the University of Illinois.
Keon Conerly
Director of Marketing & Public Relations
Mr. Conerly is the Director of Marketing & Public Relations at the University of Illinois Employees Credit Union. He joined the credit union in 1992 and has held multiple positions at the credit union. Conerly received his BS in Business from Eastern Illinois University. As an Urbana-Champaign native, Mr. Conerly has served on numerous campus and community planning committees and volunteers his time with a variety of local programs.
